Welcome to The Sunshine Solar loyalty rewards program. Designed to be as simple as possible and reward our loyal customers who keep coming back and shopping with us.

Every time you shop with us you will earn ‘Reward Points’ on anything you buy. ‘Reward Points’ can then be exchanged for a discount voucher to be redeemed against anything in our range.

We are proud to be the UK's only solar products company offering our customers a loyalty program.

Here's how it works:

1. Every item in the Sunshine Solar web shop will have an amount of ‘Reward Points’ shown below the price. Purchase any items and once we have shipped your order, your ‘Reward Points’ will be allocated to your account.

2. Earn 1 ‘Reward Point’ for every £1 spent.

3. You can log onto your account at any time to see how many ‘Reward Points’ you have collected.

4. Once you have collected 1000 ‘Reward Points’ you can redeem them for a £50 discount voucher to be redeemed against anything in our range.

5. Or keep saving ‘Reward Points’ to redeem them at a later stage for a larger discount voucher.

6. Discount vouchers can be redeemed on any item in our web shop.

Other questions you might have

How do I start collecting Reward Points?
Just start shopping – a Reward account will automatically be created for all new customers when you place your order. For existing customers we have already created a Reward account ready for you to use – just log in to your account.

Is there a time limit on earning or redeeming my Reward Points?
No. Your Reward Points will keep accumulating until you are ready to spend them.

How do I redeem my Reward Points?
Log onto your account and choose how many Reward Points to redeem for a discount voucher. An email will then be sent to you detailing a discount code to use at checkout the next time you visit our web shop. Please note: your Reward Points are exchanged for a discount voucher – the Reward Points you see below each product price are the Reward Points that are earned for that purchase and NOT the Reward Points to be redeemed to purchase that item.

How do I redeem my discount voucher?
Add any items to your shopping cart and on checkout you will be asked for your discount code.

Do I get 'change' when spending my loyalty discount voucher?
No. The discount code can only be used once. If you spend more than the discount code you will be asked for your card details for the balance. If you spend less than the discount code you will lose the balance.
