Cancellation & Returns policy

You can return any item you order, so long as it is returned unused and in its original condition to the address supplied on the delivery note (received with your order) within 14 days of the date of order. The supplier will refund you the cost of the product. Any returns must be authorised and must carry a company issued returns number and a completed Returns Form Downloadable HERE. Any unauthorised returns may be refused and where goods have been returned unauthorised any carriage charges incurred by the customer will not be refunded. You must pay for the return postage of the goods. You will be responsible for return costs unless the item(s) are faulty. In this case contact us and we will advise you of the best method of return. Carriage refunds will be at the discretion of the company up to a maximum of £10.00. You are responsible for any returned item(s) until they reach us.
